Schematic Master Plan Design: 

Preliminary design meeting with client:

• Conduct meeting with client to determine project needs, uses and preferences.

Existing conditions/site analysis:

• Existing conditions/site analysis: Conduct site visit to confirm field measurements, take site photos an document existing conditions/plant material; develop base map. 

Schematic Design:

• Prepare a conceptual Schematic plan illustrating proposed design solutions based on project program and site analysis.

Planting plan:

• Plan illustrating location of proposed plant materials. The Plan will also indicate container sizes, botanical/common names, quantities, & additional information.

Hardscape plan:

• Plan of proposed hardscape design to include layout and dimensioning, Including hardscape materials  for landscape contractor use.

***Ecesis Design plans are for the client’s use and for the contractor bidding process. Ecesis Design landscape plans are graphic representations of client’s landscape desires.

3D Models:

3D modeling allows clients to see a realistic and detailed representation of the finished landscape project before any physical work begins. This visualization includes elements like plants, hardscape materials, outdoor furniture, and even lighting. It helps in understanding how these elements will look in relation to each other and in the context of the existing space.
